WORKER'S COTTAGE

​A unique site overlooking the river mouth at Cleveland Bay.  The project responds to character residential zoning while offering a modern lifestyle in a grand setting.  Queenslander and Worker's Cottage design elements broght together in a two-storey design solution.  A large breezeway entry with direct line-of-sight to the broad river and surrounds.  Upper storey living - maximising the outdoor qualities and orientation.
