Commenced in 2021, this character residential project by Drawing Works prioritised design for privacy and orientation. The site’s gentle slope from the street provided an opportunity to create a family living space that flowed through to a backyard deck and swimming pool. The thoughtful layout ensured privacy from neighbouring properties while embracing the traditional external character of the surrounding built environment.
